I thought this post might have been deleted due to my swearing in it since I couldn't find it and sequentially rewrote it to be a bit more constructive and polite as a new post. I would appreciate it if this one could be deleted if somemod reads this.

I think these tropes exist because these midcore games are made specifically for men as it is. Men seem to be predominantly responsible for the creative content in these games and I think men are more capable and interested in creating content geared towards other men. These tropes are here because many men want to be

I think a lot of the way the sexual violence against women is portrayed here is done because these games are rather blatantly designed for men. Men want to be heroes in games like these, they want to rescue, to save girls. They want to get revenge when this isn't possible. It has all to do with male fantasies. And I

"My mom plays candy crush, therefore Assassin's Creed should be more catered towards me" isn't an argument.

Can't wait for Watch Dogs to cost $4.99 next summer.

It's worth noting that Blizzard would put the content of one of these DLC packs in a box and sell it to you as an Expansion Set for $40.

Loving this. Though I do think it's a little dumb to see even more variants of existing characters. Could have done more than just Link and those two AC characters.

"If you don't preorder our game, we'll punish you by limiting the speed you can move at."

They're reasons why a person might me cautious or hesitant. Not saying that should stop people.

I won't "need" a PS4 till the damn thing has more than 1-3 worthwhile games.

If the other person has more money:

My problem with this is that we're using presumptions without evidence to believe something. And this assumption, somehow, seems to be racially motivated as well. Unless you can read people's minds, how can you truly be so sure? Let's not forget that cherry-picking anecdotes doesn't prove anything either, logically.

That sounds like a lot of pent up hatred masqerading as an assumption. I don't think there are many people who are actually like that.

I can believe it.

I'd much rather be raped than murdered. Would any of you honestly prefer the other in real life? I like "traumatized" over "dead", given those are my only choices. Objectively, rape is a lesser crime than murder because it at least gives you some small opportunity of being able to recover and lead a normal life

Where did he make a comment about rape and consensual sex being similar? I just see him expressing his concern about this being perceived as Rockstar's fault despite the work of someone modifying code, like the "hot coffee" incident. With no reference to the two sexual acts being similar or not, other than they're

Still a rip off.

Well shit, I guess I have to go buy a Fire TV now. Darn it, you got me Amazon!

A new Paper Mario in the gameplay style of the first two.
