... for the month of May. Next month, another Android phone will come out, trumping this one.

You got knocked the f*ck out!!

Webkit FTW. Too bad there isn't a proper Firebug plugin for it like in Firefox. Also, does anyone know if Adblock for Chrome still downloads the ads?

Wow... it's been 4 years already??

Um. Corporations never build their own machines.

Would be nice to see, but I'm hoping it's nothing more than sharing photos. Apple's attempt at being "social" was a wreck... Ping anyone? IMO, with the iTunes Match/iCloud addition, Apple had a chance to revive Ping with a subscription based plan, including sharing playlists a la Rdio, but the train has long left

This is one of the reasons why I don't own an Android device. I've never been on those forums, but I've seen FAR too many examples where someone would ask a simple question, and a flock of Android users would jump saying that the person is an idiot and that it's his/her fault. The dick measuring of some Android users

The same reason why people pay for Photoshop instead of using Gimp. This "text editor" is part of a web developers tool belt. Not something that you write your resume with.

Shit. I didn't know you can code with Open Office and Google Docs.

I know right?! Because everything on Windows is free. /s

Yes, because apparently every developer on a Mac uses this app.

Can this run in the background? I've tried a couple of alarm clock type apps, but they all require (or Apple does?) to be open.

I ran antivirus a long time ago on my Mac, and while it did catch a few, they were ALL Windows viruses. Back then, I ran Norton on my Mac as a common courtesy to my fellow Windows users for when I forward attachments to them.

What I learned from commenters here is that if you get malware/virus on your Android, it's "your fault" and "you deserve it because you're too stupid to have downloaded it".

Probably because Android is all about choice. If someone wants to spend all their time researching hundreds of Android tablets, only to have a better one come out in a few months...so be it.

Good Lord! I just added Gizmodo to my Facebook feed. Have you guys read the comments on there? I almost thought I was on Engadget for a second. What's wrong with people?

I thought Android users didn't care about UI. As as it functions you should be fine. Function over form... remember?

+1000!!

...and you wear Axe body spray too because you believe everything you see on TV.

A mom and pop liquor store down the street gets robbed 1000x more than the federal bank directly next to it, why is that?
