Thank you, as always.

Ugh, yes. I’m able to post from my old account tonight, thankfully, though my gray one (“The Cruel Shoes”) get almost no traction at all, but it’s tough to respond to gray comments, too, so I understand. I wish I could link these accounts.

So nice to hear some nice things in more abundance!

I’m just here for Peter and Paul. Left satisfied.

I like it! Why oh why do car companies keep putting plants inside cars? It’s nonsensical. I don’t need a plant in a car. Plants hate being in cars.

So the idea of taking the train didn’t pop into your head? You’re in Europe, for heaven’s sake... where the trains are.

LeVar Burton. Paging LeVar Burton.

I have a couple recent observations, not that it’s about the “worst drivers”:

Ugh. Really?! I swear that I do not need any new COVIDs, thank you.

I love this. I don’t like the super-stretch limos we have today. This is the optimal length.

Garbage 2.0 is one of my favorite airplane records. Didn’t get much excitement out of their new record, though.

Well, it was nice to read about the good stuff. Sorry to hear about the bad. Hope the fall didn’t injure you too seriously, though the EMT certainly did some harm.  I’m crossing my fingers for your home situation.

Garland is remarkably intelligent, analytical, thoughtful and empathetic. He’s a great judge. What he is not, though, is a prosecutor, and that’s the problem.

I think that maybe it’s because there’s been a lot of focus on deaths and death rates that people don’t think about all the “long COVID” reasons for getting the shot. My sister’s a nurse and she laid it out something like this... “Well, maybe it only is 2-4% of all positives that die, but I can tell you that there are

Holy cats! That’s so much to deal with. (Best wishes, by the way!) I hope things settle down for the in-laws and they take care of getting shots so that they can be a part of your lives.

I was driving back to Denver from Wisconsin. Just got back. Soooo glad to be home and not being lectured by my Aunt anymore.

Ugh. I’m sorry to hear this news. Transmitting health and recovery vibes your way now.

Holy cats, that’s all great news! Very happy about these new alignments. You deserve them.

I had mine with the Propofol. My first time under any general. It wasn’t bad. Very disconcerting for the first 10-15 seconds after waking up (people moved to different places in the room, etc.) but altogether glad that I did it. No problems recovering. Fortunately (?) they took out a bunch of large (benign) polyps so

Many thanks, as usual.
