Florida did one thing right:

Unfortunately, if you don’t have enough situational awareness to realize that the cops are try to get you to pull over, you should NOT be driving.

I’ll let you have your own opinions about things, but let’s clear 2 things up:

I’ve looked into it, but I don’t fly often enough to justify. Add to the fact that the price (pre-check and ticket) doubles with my wife, or quadruples with 2 kids.

No, every EV is cleaner than an ICE vehicle today. There are paths to further improvement, which is a good thing.

So, I’m going to throw out a long-winded post and this is coming from someone who used to commute by bike, motorcycle, car, exotic, and now a 1500 pickup truck. I also live in one of the most dangerous places in the US for cyclists: Tampa Bay, FL.

Are people really spending $1000 on name-brand tires?

Why repeat the same mistakes?

This guy’s whole “I would LOVE an EV but think about the environment/poor countries/indigenous people/price” argument is like a fossil-fuel company’s textbook “green initiatives” strategy that’s really all about why we shouldn’t be using alternative power sources. “We’re developing solar and wind farms, they’re only

I’m probably going to be flying at some point this summer, but it’s really the first time I’ve stepped on a plane in years. My 5 year old hasn’t even been on a plane in her life. I’m not saying I’ve ever had a shockingly bad experience flying, but for the BS I have to put up with on a good/average day, plus the

Looks like I’m installing a PA system on my cars.

I’m no fan of T or Elon. But I am genuinely curious. Do people hate Elon more or care more about transitioning reliance to sustainable energy?

You definitely get a lot for the money, and honestly, GM and Ford have their own share of quality rumors. Toyota is known to be the most reliable, but considering this is a brand new truck with some bugs to work out, bets are off. That was another reason I didn’t want the new Tundra/Sequoia lineup because I would
