The bigger problem we have is there’s really no big city downtown, I mean, there are some downtown areas that make up a very small percentage but we’re more or less talking about a 600+sqmi sprawl of suburbs, industrial parks, shopping centers, mobile home parks, touristy areas, beaches, hot spots, etc.
