Hmm, I still get some amazon stuff from FedEx....but maybe that’s drop-shipped items.

I don’t think anybody thinks chains are the gold standard...Do they?

Some people want different options, just because you want one thing does not mean others want the same.

You’ve listed stuff that’s legitimately regarded as poor quality (Victoria’s Secret) next to stuff that’s legitimately regarded as high quality (Craftsman). This is nothing but your own dislike list.

There was zero maintenance.

The cars in question will be sold to Americans in American dealerships by American salesmen, and serviced by American mechanics. But sure...

Not really sure why Supreme is on this list. The only metrics for their products are cool/desirability and rarity/limited supply. They’re not performance gear, they’re not high fashion or bespoke tailoring. Literally the only thing they do is create products that more people want than can have, so there is no logical

Consistency is certainly a feature of chain restaurants, and really most things on my list. At least you know what you’re getting.

It’s all a matter of opinion and what the user is looking for. Personally, I neither LOVE nor HATE Starbucks, but it is to coffee houses as Papa Johns is to Italian Restaurants, and you’ll probably see me ordering more from Papa Johns.

Where all the Texan politicians disembarked?

My dad owned 2 of them, I think an ‘04 and ‘06. I was already in my 20s and 30s when he owned them, so I could drive them whenever I wanted. Both 6MT and I’m pretty sure they were both 6.0, at least the second one was. Overall, they were fun cars with almost no real flaws, but they did suffer from a few deal-breakers,

I guess quality is sometimes an opinion. Not many Tesla buyers see their product as inferior, in fact, they see the exact opposite, which is what gets them in the store. Arguably, Apple and Starbucks fit that category perfectly. I see them as inferior products, although some people might see them as superior and worth

Agreed. I’m not going to judge from the comfort of my armchair, but “The car was malfunctioning,” is usually octogenarian code for, I pushed the wrong thing and it surprised me.

The sad truth is no one can make money on economically-priced EVs (except maybe Tesla)

I’ve flown plenty of times with my kids since they were newborns. They always have been great. If a kid is acting like a little shit head it’s probably because their parents don’t give a shit and planned poorly.

She has never got her license and can’t imagine ever needing it.

I certainly imagine prices across the board are over-inflated, but probably not as much for brands like Chevy, Ford, Nissan, VW, and other brands trying to build cheaper/mid-market EVs.

Its called a Leaf.
