Don’t forget Silverado EV and Ram EV.

I’m admittedly confused — what’s the use case for adaptive cruise? My wife’s car has it, and I’ve never encountered any scenario where it would be useful.

It drove great even with the CVT. My dealership wanted $5k over sticker. I told him to pound sand. the car was on their lot for months.

Also ruins the entire ID series. There is nothing I dislike about those cars EXCEPT the user interface, and it’s enough for me to not even play around with the idea of buying one.

Brand loyalty is a mental disorder.

Yeah, that’s what I want to do — get in on the ground floor with an IPO for a corporate piñata that’s bled money for most all its life.

to implement the new rules and that they had “unconstitutionally delegated their rule-making authority to California.”

I’ll start with this: I don’t have a garage. I’m what’s considered an “Owner Builder” which means it’s child’s play for me add a 40-80A split-phase circuit anywhere I need it to be, and I can make it pass all NFPA codes and make city inspectors happy. I agree, and that’s what I ended up doing on one vacation we did. I believe we had 5 adults and 3 kids, so we rented a Suburban and I shared the driving with my FIL.

Having 6MT is a plus, a lot of parts that probably won’t break, but the engine, on the other hand...my biggest concern was if anything went wrong with the S85.

It’s hard to tell from the pictures, but I was really hoping it would be a bit longer. Yes, it’s going to sound a little un-jalop of me to want an even larger large SUV.

I’m thinking the 2nd row captains chairs are an option.  Seating for 8 seems like there will be an option to have 2 bench seats with 3 seatbelts each.

The E60 M5 is no joke. I had the SMG, which was my financial demise. I NEVER financially recovered from that car.

Gasoline fueled fires are much faster propagating than battery fires.

Letting the car burn out safely doesn’t mean leaving people inside to burn...Get the people out, as needed, just like any other vehicle fire. It just means don’t bother using 40 000 gallons of water to extinguish the fire (which would be bad news for people in the car if you didn’t remove them first anyways).
