Right, but where cometh that lack of critical thinking skills?

I’d say, in my case, they bought my car for top dollar, they probably sold it for top dollar. They will probably have problems down the road (like a cool brake rotor that glows in the dark) and a very loud lifter ticking, but perhaps it will all work out. They’re either going to be fixing both before it’s sold, or

This is truly less an issue with used car sales dropping than an issue specifically with Carvana.

TIL just how much websites are over-valued.

He should just have started a fucking onlyfans.

If the cat’s away, the mice should turn Twitter into a Porn Site.

I don’t think Education has anything to do with anything. Keep in mind, many of us were educated long before Internet disinformation was a real thing....not that disinformation wasn’t a problem before, but it spreads faster and there are now many more voices joining the choir of lockstep beliefs and opinions.

Labor laws do protect speech. If you say you’re boss is acting in ways that hurt/demean the company, you can’t get fired for that. You call your boss an asshole in public, then yeah, pack your bags.

Not always possible, but I agree, I try to keep my footprint small unless it’s catered to my own personal interests.
...Even that is relative, I’m sure my internet footprint is huge.

Musk: *claps his hands together*  “Well, my work is done here.”

SOCIALISTS?!?! Are you making a joke or are you off your rocker?

I agree with this, and I’ve seen it many times over. One of the reasons I’ll never again work for a big corporation where every department is a game of whack-a-mole. Unfortunate, but with fewer people doing work and more people taking on multiple duties, companies have added risk of nobody being able to replace

Pretty much. A lot of inside knowledge and upcoming insight is walking out the door with a full severance package.

That’s good to know. I, too, hate Elmo and his Tesla products.

I guess so, but if people don’t need a PHEV, why force it on them? If they can get by with everything a BEV offers, why should they want or need the added complexity of having an ICE powertrain on top of a full EV one? Saying there are NO benefits of a BEV seems oddly reductionist, I’m sure there are plenty of folks

You’re kidding yourself if you’re that confident you’ll be driving the same car in 30 years. Oh, and in 30 years, your Tesla will need a new battery, if not 2, which is about the cost of buying a new car, in itself.

LOL wut? and have to deal with oil changes and buying gasoline?

Bullshit. There’s a difference between fiddling with someone’s property vs. doing something that anyone with common sense would do.

Well, after today there will be no Twitter crew.

Quick, who wants to help me turn Twitter into a social porn site?

I really, REALLY hope they all walk. There’s no advantage to working for someone like Musk. Longer hours, more competitive work environment, more stress, more objectives, and now you’ll also be taking on the work of 5 people who were smart enough to quit and take their severance. Whatever skeleton crew is left at
