Aretha Franklin. I am not even kidding. She taught me to push myself more than any other vocalist
I do like hot dogs, but only Boar's Head (without the bun). My advice for aspiring musicians is to keep practicing, workon you craft in AND out of school!
I love it so hard. I'm the biggest cheese metal fan you'd ever meet.
I am absolutely PRO MOSHING!! But I prefer it be kept to the pit and away from people who do not want to participate.
Thanks!
No, but I understand it. It's pretty difficult!
Yep. Me. lol
Back then we only had one team! lol And I'd love to, if I were invited!
I used to be a member of the original DC Rollergirls in 2006! My name was Duchess VonCrutches!
Haha! I think power metal benefits from females because we often have a higher vocal range than men, which is great for power metal.
Thanks! Shameless plug: We're working on our new album with a KickStarter campaign so if you'd like to keep hearing us in the future, please consider pitching in!
Oh yes, I really think that the best metal has good levels. I hate it when the vocals are too low or the drums are too high. Striking a balance brings the best out of the music, regardless of genre.
Gross yes, but not rapey, thank goodness.
Underappreciated. I wish I could do them!
Yes, and no. Zeppelin is Zeppelin. Nobody can deny their metal cred.
To be honest? Dragonforce. My husband took me to a Dragonforce show and I knew then that was what I wanted to do.
Sure thing!
No, we sell physical CDs through our band store. You can buy MP3s on Amazon, though.
I think the worst thing an actual fan has ever done is hit on me a little too hard. I don't like hurting people's feelings but some people are socially awkward and you have to be a bit firm with them.
