Sources are saying that they are relying on Sherman v. Atlanta.

We can just run this story every year, right? Just replace the name of the African-American QB and publish?

Counterpoint: Despite being a mostly meaningless award that is often not given to the best picture of the year, the Oscars still manage to bring well deserved attention to smaller, less commercial work.

Not disagreeing, just saying it is misleading to count a one-time payout as an annual source of income.

MLB responded with a statement to the Times: “We have received the grievance and believe it has no merit.”

“We small-market teams need revenue sharing to be competitive!”

Although I got zero points for my attempt at the triple axel, in my mind I went for it

I’ll believe Andrew Luck is healthy when I see him play, and maybe not even then

Come on, you’re better than this! My wife and I play in a bowling league together and we’re not fucking.

True. But, that’s good advice for all of us.

Glorious and free.

The Tedeschi Trucks Band and The Black Crowes combine to cover a Joe Tex classic, “Show Me”.

Am I supposed to be upset over this? It sounds to me like ESPN should have been smart enough not to trash one of their sponsors in a headline in the first place.

I read the conclusion entirely differently. To the degree that this article criticizes him, it’s more about how he bragged about doing all of this as recently as 2012, as opposed to criticizing him for what he actually did back in 1974.

There’s always THAT person in pretty much all articles like this. Today, that’s you. Congrats.

Well, if you take the case to a Jury trial I think he might get 10-15 years in football jail but he may get off with nothing. On the other hand, if you offer him a plea I bet he’d take 7-9.

I said this yesterday; fuck doing the right thing. Fuck showing up. Fuck paying Trump the tiniest of respects. Fuck it. Not a single one of them should’ve showed up.
