Agreed. I'm not looking for free stuff to keep me molified. I just want what I paid for.

Now you're talking!

I enjoy playing the monster immensely. Yeah, playing against an inexperienced or uncoordinated team makes things significantly easier, but I really enjoyed the challenge when I got matched up against a full squad. You lose a lot more, but it's much more satisfying when you pull out a win.

I think that's fair, given what happened last time with the alpha. Good on you for sticking it out and waiting for reviews.

Let's be honest, it would most likely be a pretty crappy car.

I've done this in the past. Some cinemas will allow you to rent an entire theater at an hourly rate. It's useful for tournaments and whatnot.

It's all fine and good to talk about having menu options, but the reality is that it is fairly unusual in games for developers to give you the ability to change the HUD position as you see fit. In some instances you're lucky if the UI (hell, even the game itself!) even renders correctly at these resolutions. This is

Interesting, but this isn't for me. I can appreciate the simplicity of a soundbar, but I just can't bring myself to give up true surround sound.

Yeah it's almost comical how many gameplay bugs there are. They fixed the deadzone issue in Halo 3 but nontraditional thumbstick controls (i.e. legacy and legacy southpaw) are still unusable across all 4 titles.

I get what you're saying and completely agree. I was just pointing out that Logitech still makes a remote similar to what you're describing in the form of the Ultimate One...it just doesn't happen to be part of this sale.

There hasn't really been a downgrade, though the lineup is a little different since they added in the home control stuff. There is still a comparable model to the One, and prices are still in line with their traditional pricing, give or take a few bucks.

I get what you're saying...but you get used to the edges and after awhile you don't even see them anymore.

I wish I could recommend this more than once. I don't keep a specific pet fund beyond what I keep as a general emergency fund, but I do keep insurance on my pets. It has been a lifeline more than once with my dogs, whereas otherwise I might have had to make some extremely difficult decisions.

It has it's uses, but I've always found it to be somewhat overrated.

To what end? There's plenty of new games coming out all the time. Putting out remasters doesn't subtract from that.

I'd like to see updated ports of the Elder Scrolls (from Morrowind on, but I could live with just Skyrim), Fallout, Bioshock, and Dead Space series.

Why?

Unless you are actively looking for the biggest possible challenge you're probably going to regret wishing for better framerates in DS2.

That's exactly what the analog hole is.

You are absolutely correct that component video cables are capable of transporting 1080p. The reason why the PS3 refuses to output this is precisely because of the analog hole.
