Thx for the insight.
LOL Tell that to the people in the 120+ page support thread on Steam.....
The issue with this game has nothing to do with high/low end spec's. It's happening to people with machines of all stripes.
I got that double vision thing on my laptop the first time I booted it up, though I haven't seen that issue repeat itself.
Orphan Black. That is all.
I bought one of these for my wife's office. It was a pain in the ass to build but the espresso finish does look nice. The hutch in particular is a nice addition.
I'm not sure you've completely thought this through. You're certainly not comparing apples to apples.
Not to be a jerk but I fully comprehend both how various display technologies work at a technical level and the nomenclature commonly used to identify various display panel types....I have to, it's part of what I do for a living. CCFL LCD tv's are still being manufactured for and sold today by off brands for the…
The backlight IS the differentiating factor.
LCD and plasma are not "discontinued" through they are becoming more and more uncommon. And they're not saying to not buy a smart tv, they are saying to not make a decision on a television based on smart features.
I'm sure pre loading will come in handy occasionally, but personally I could care less about the video editor. I'll stick with my cap cards thankyouverymuch.
Not a big fan of headphones. I don't care much for the disconnect from the world around me. I do have a reasonable set of gaming cans for when I am out with my laptop and some excellent earbuds for music on the go, but when I am at home I want something a little....more.
Audiophiles and non audiophiles don't usually mix well when it comes to shared spaces. It is for this reason specifically that I don't share an office with my wife, and why she is for all intents and purposes exiled from the entire lower floor of the house (where my toys are at) when I am not present.
I think you misunderstood me. I was despairing the fact that there aren't any surround sound systems on the list BECAUSE there aren't many (if any) respectable options out there. Believe it or not I completely agree with just about all of your sentiments, and if I wasn't already piping my audio through an intense…
It's a close tie between the PC and laptop, Xbox One, and 360...so close I couldn't call it as I bounce back and forth between them, sometimes several times per night. Next up would be the PS4, my phone, and the Ouya, followed distantly by the PS3, my Nexus 7, OG Xbox, and PSP.
I know why and it's not completely unexpected, just...disappointing.
Sigh....not a single surround sound setup to be found in the list.
