Exactly. The button is literally right on the dash by the hazard switch, too. At least on the ‘17 Ecoboost it is.

The ONLY explanation I can think of is that they still have the rights to the name and don’t feel like paying to use a new name. For example, AMC had the Hornet, which was a carry-over from purchasing Hudson.

1)9th Gen F-150 - My dad had one from when I was a wee child up until Christmas when we traded it for a ‘17 Ecoboost. He actually traded in his Mustang for the ‘96 when I was born. It got me interested in trucks in general.

So, an estimated 500 hp, but what kinda torque are we talking about? Also, I want one.

Everybody and their brothers aren’t running portal axles because they usually have super high gear ratios. Hummer H1s topped out at about 65. That combined with the fact that portal axles aren’t nearly as available as standard 1-ton and up axles.

I believe people have commented elsewhere that the Warlock, which was basically the same truck but black, had the 440 in it.

The Escala is absolutely stunning, in my eyes. Why is Cadillac so good at making concept vehicles, only to not build them? Sure, they aren’t the only ones, but they are masters of the craft.

That actually doesn’t look half bad at all. In fact, I’d go out on a limb and say they look good.

I learned in both a ‘96 F-150 as well as a ‘10 Ford Fusion which I now call my own. All in all, something of decent size and/or something they’ll care about enough to keep it out of trouble. Hopefully.

As far as Baby on Board stickers go, I thought those were to alert First Responders or something like that. I could definitely be wrong, though.

My 2010 Fusion had a 1/10s digit until it hit 100k, then it was just whole miles. There’s plenty of room for more numbers, so I always wondered why drop the digit.

Did you not read in the Instagram post that said he was told to park in that spot?

If you look, much of the grill in the 08 is blocked off, too. You can see it in the 2nd picture.

Maybe it’s just the changing of the times, but the exhaust in the last shot looks tiny.

I think that’s Rutledge Wood’s, but I could be wrong. He refers to it as the Fundra.

Do you have to wear them in the back seat yet? Here in Indiana, starting in 2007 people in the back of pickups needed to wear a belt. Until then, I believe as long as you were 18+ and in the back seat of a truck didn’t need one.

While I’m sure they know a hell of a lot more about those vans than I do, it seems to me like the 6.7 Powerstroke would fit a little better than the Cummins. But, what do I know, I don’t build the things regularly.

For anyone in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area, Fred Grote’s radio and TV commercials are obnoxious as all hell. Here, see for yourselves.

My dad and I just started working on a ‘60 and a ‘64 this summer. We plan to keep the ‘60 as functionally original as possible, and making an autocross car out of the ‘64. Hope you can find the time and energy to get yours in working order!

One of the kids I went to high school with drove his to school every Friday. It physically took up about 3 or 4 spots, but it was awesome.
