1. playerunknown didn’t invent battle royale as a game concept, it goes back way further than ARMA or even steam. games like this have existed for decades, just on smaller scales / single player affairs

You realize the name for mode itself is cribbed from a Japanese novel/movie/manga series, right?

Isn’t that like saying Dota 2 isn’t the first MOBA? PU did the Arma BR mods, and I can’t think of a similar BR experience that predates that.
