Office Web Apps are free and work a ton better than Google docs. So much work just to avoid a Microsoft product. Crazy!

In terms of ecosystem, apps, and still present desktop- a windows tablet is far far far behind Android and IOS as a PURE tablet. In the Metroenvironment the UI and UX is top notch.e

I believe the author has not spent any considerable amount of time with a windows tablet. Leaving the desktop side out, the metro UI is the most useful and best tablet UI out there. Modern IE has some great UI and UX.
