No they are not useful and will never be useful if all they do is replicate smartphone functions on the wrist. The area needs a paradigmshift.

The main problem is that the Queue in Handbrake only allows for the default settings. If you wanted a specific Audio format, or sub, or etc on all the files it wont do it since it will just return to the default setup each time.

Windows 8.1 made some really important changes to make these cheap PCs work really well. I run a 4 year old laptop with 2GB of ram and runs fine. I can't have 30 tabs on is and run PhotoShop, while transcoding a 4k video file but then again it is not made for these tasks.

Onedrive offers that. On any pc there is an option to keep all files online. That how my wife uses her 32gb tablet with over 100GB of her data.

Also it should be noted that paying yearly $100 for 5 accounts or $70 for an individual offers even cheaper ways to go.

My family uses Onedrive. We each get 1TB and a copy Office each. This is simply amazing.

So for $8.33/mo (@ $100/yr) I get 1TB of storage and Office for 5 people. Microsoft is really killing it.
