Too bad “intent” is not the only litmus test for a crime. The lawyer, surprisingly enough, fails to address “negligent” and “reckless” (and potentially even “knowingly” though harder to prove).

If Honda can manage to tone down their ugly styling for Acura, I don’t think I’d even care if it was just Civic running gear underneath. An extra bonus is if they made it a genuine compact/subcompact premium sporty car. It’s nice to have smaller options than the bloat that has crept into this segment.
