I have yet to find a situation that Roadhog isn’t viable in, and he’s a good counter to Genji. Especially after Genji pops his ult because it’s usually not to hard to hook and one shot him.

Genji is one of those characters that are only good because so few people are willing to pull out a hard counter to take him down. They want to keep playing as Reaper or Hanzo or some shit, then rage when Genji picks them apart. As Mei Genji is often a chump with her freezing abilities: just freeze and headshot. If…
“What I’m saying is that our society is far too obsessed with their physical appearance and attribute their own self-worth to it”
Your complaints are valid, but uninformed. Almost all exercise advice is based off of almost a century or more of anecdotal experiences from athletes BECAUSE there is virtually no scientific inquiry of any worth to go off of. Exercise science is a desert, and even when the rare study does pop out, it’s almost always…
Heavy holds only work half your forearm, and imo are insufficient fo most natural lifters who wants big forearms. If you want forearms that pop then you really have to work the extensors with something like reverse wrist curls or better yet, a wrist roller.
Skwats fix everything.
I appreciate your personal input, and respect your struggle. I know how hard injuries and rough side effects can negatively affect your life, but being obese on top of that must have been a struggle. Congratulations on your perseverance though.
Fair enough. That was more meant as an illustration of how a full body workout should function rather than a set in stone plan. I only did it that way because I prioritize upper body training over lower body for a myriad of reasons.
“It’s not about being healthy, it’s about image”
Yeah, I was trying to be polite, but this article does more harm than good as it is now. I especially cringed at the old guy flaring his elbows out that far on the bench press, because that’s a real fast way to fuck up your shoulders.
I disagree sharply. I think this culture that fosters and even encourages sloth and fatness is toxic, literally, and is killing our people, again literally. If more people pursued the “vain” pursuits of fitness and a normal body fat then we as a society would be far healthier, not to mention much more pleasant to look…
That’s because it’s wrong, unfortunately. A real three day a week full body routine would be more like this:
This is a good article, but I have to disagree slightly on full body routines being best for beginner lifters. Yes, full bodies are best in a general sense, but it also depends on your goals. If your goal is just to put on mass and build a sexy body, then you should forego a full body routine, which often neglects…
She can come too.
Shit, are you me? I also came for Roadhog, and also hit a string of competitive failures.
Too bad they didn’t have any of the best characters up in there.
It’s not even that 3.5mm isn’t broken, it’s that this new method doesn’t provide any significant benefit over the analog option. I am all for new tech when it’s significantly better, but there is zero reason to change here aside from a manufactured fad that tech companies can exploit to make people buy more shit to…
I won’t touch a phone without a headphone jack. Aside from texts, calls, and poking around on the internet on the toilet, most my phone use is as a music player since dedicated players aren’t really a thing anymore. If I had to have a cumbersome dongle (wink wink ladies) on my phone then that would just add…
This is why I spend another 300 bucks a month to live in a single wide trailer alone in university. Fuck roommates.
The Olympics makes me realize I need to get find an Olympic sport to get REALLY good at in the next 4-8 years so I can get in on this mythical Olympic fuck fest.
