I wish that was true but it really isn’t. In my case, it would be $450-$600 to build an ok PC (not even a 60 fps, 1080p set up), $100+ for an ok monitor, who knows how much an operating system is, and $60+ for a decent keyboard. Since I have a TV already, the Xbone was just a straight $300.

America makes it nigh impossible to get testosterone as a man as well, so I can only chock it up to some kind of weird nation wide aversion to it.

I thought it was supposed to be tongue in cheek, but it really wasn’t.

If he slapped you for doing something he didn’t want (rather than using words like an adult), would you think it was abuse?

Wow Gawker, you’re even taking the Military Industrial Complex (TM) money now? You really will whore yourself out for a buck.

Pretty much. I used to be a diehard console nerd, but at this point I’m just going to save up for a PC. There’s no reason to get consoles for me anymore.

The benefit used to be what you listed (ease of use for the lazy or ignorant), console exclusives, longevity of the console (you could go 8 or more years and play all released games for the console with no issues), and the social aspect of split screen and co-op play.

Yeah, I feel pretty ripped off considering I just got my Xbox One a few months ago, and they’re talking about another (presumably more expensive) upgrade. Part of the appeal of consoles is that I could go almost a decade with reliable game playing before obsolescence, not two years.

Well, usually a prerequisite for a First Person Shooter is that it’s in the first person, so I can see why you think they all look similar. Maybe try an over the shoulder third person shooter occasionally for a change of perspective?

I completely agree. It’ll probably make things more uncomfortable for me as a tall, wide framed man, but I’ll take being a bit cramped against my seat partition and the tube wall over a morbidly obese person oozing into half my seat any day. A big reason why I avoid flying anymore is because I got sick of people who

If Amtrak wasn’t late all the time and didn’t lose my checked baggage whenever I check something, it would be the best mode of transportation. Being able to take my luggage from the station lobby and board the train without a complimentary cavity search or even so much as a metal detector is wonderfully convenient.

There is no medical reason that can make you fat without your consent. Only eating too much makes you fat, nothing else, and people shouldn’t have carte blanche to make others miserable or have a whole transit system designed around them because they lack control.

And we honestly shouldn’t be designing public transit with the morbidly obese outliers in mind. Either they can buy multiple seats and/or be very uncomfortable in seats designed for normal people, or they can lose weight. It’s a non issue.

Even 10 had robes, magic, swords, empires, airships, and deserts, just repackaged and repainted in a novel way with a cool apocalyptic veneer laid over it. Ten was the perfect method of keeping the core of what made FF what it was while still changing enough to make it appeal to a new group, and I think it succeeded

You can go for change without making your cast look like a Linkin Park cover band.

FF XII was boring with boring characters, and VERY bad dungeon design. That’s why people hated it, not because it wasn’t a “real FF”. That crystal level was an impossible to navigate nightmare.

Triggered vegan is triggered.

I’ve been on Vitals since the first article. I am not a troll just because I disagree with what you want to be true. If you’d like to have a rational discussion then I am more than open to it, but if you’re going to make poorly written rants full of baseless accusations then I’ll just dismiss you.

It’s funny that you complain about strawman and things you never said, then follow up with strawman arguments and things I never said. More than that, how was anything I said a strawman argument? Potatoes do have about 1-2 grams of protein per 100 calories, and lentils are the highest protein unprocessed plant source.
