uhhh, in pokemon single player all you have to do is buy an OFFICIAL guide book on a game by nintendo to see the encounters in the whole game and their % rates. so try again honey

All real Pokemon games have set encounters in certain areas. I know for a fact i find Bagon in the basement of Meteor Falls. Why can’t I know where to find Kakuna in my area?
