No, and never will be in any meaningful way. Most games support XInput (used by Xbox controllers), not DirectInput (used by PS controllers), so with official drivers, you would be able to use it but virtually no game would support it.

No, the PS4 controller doesn't have official drivers and don't know if it will ever get any as Pyretech mentions, Xinput is what is used for the standard so it would take more work than sony is willing to put in.

Yes, but it doesn't use Xinput, which is what most PC indie devs only develop for. PS4 controllers use DirectInput I believe. The only game my wired PS3 controller (DirectInput for sure) would work with was Super Meat Boy.
