You’re never going to see Thrawn in a movie.

To be fair, Qarth is much more important in the books because of the visions Dany sees in the House of the Undying. The show gave us a very condensed version, but the shit we see has a ton of foreshadowing for the likely endgame, similar to the visions that Bran has.
I just get the feeling that after the prequels, the general consensus is that nobody wants to see the Republic or the Jedi. Otherwise they’d be all over the sequels.
And everyone forgets that someone needs to DIE in order for another person to wear their face. So even if that wasn’t Ned who got his head chopped off and someone else was wearing his face, Ned is still dead.
“Our enemy doesn’t tire, doesn’t stop, doesn’t feel...”
This comment says it all.
The bravest pioneer.
Chipotle mayo is the end-all-be-all of sauces. You will forsake all other sauces for it is the Lord.
That’s a fair point, but has absolutely nothing to do with this article or Batman: Damned. This article was about the people at DC still not being sure whether or not it was a good idea to show the batwang.
when they know that one of the big three shows is ending and they want a good send off for the character.
Ummmm I beg to differ.
I’ve got an uncensored copy. Hopefully sitting on a future goldmine.
...I wanna see Channing Tatum Gambit. Not teenage or a girl. Guess I’m one of the dozen!
I disagree. I think it was a kneejerk reaction that will cause them more bad press in the long run than keeping Gunn on would have. If they had stood by Gunn, then this all would have blown over by now. But now you have a very large, very angry fanbase that is being vocal about how upset they are by the decision. The…
Sorry, I must not be as familiar with the case as I should be. My understanding was that she called him out for being a terrible, (verbally) abusive, and manipulative boyfriend. Not that that doesn’t make him a horrible person, but my personal belief is that you should be able to be an asshole in your personal life…
Ha, that’s true. I don’t think they would have lost THAT many viewers with a different face. But people also like familiarity. If you’ve been watching Talking Dead and all the other ‘Talking’ shows and suddenly there’s a new host, you might not be as inclined to watch. Changing hosts has been a problem in terms of…
This statement is just capitalist speak for, “We did an assessment, and came to the conclusion that we would lose more viewers if we fired Chris Hardwick than if we kept him on the air.”
Why stop there? Why not reveal that 30 years before the Justice League first appeared, there was an “original”, super secret JL comprised of Alfred “First Knight” Pennyworth (he’s like Batman, only British), Mighty Martha Kent (with the strength of 2 farm girls combined!), her husband Jalopy Jonathan (he can fix…
If I were a Fox shareholder, I would still find the Disney deal more appealing. If you want cash, you can still take the Disney stock and then cash out, but Disney stock is pretty much always on the rise, and would only be more valuable after the acquisition of the Fox properties. They’ve proven, decade after decade,…
