Cannabis (or rather CBD and THC) is neuroprotective. There have been multiple serious studies done on its efficacy. It can reduce long term TBI effects and reduce pain. You just made a strong case for INCREASING the budget to the EPA’s testing and certification department. The EPA can barely test a few percent of cars to check that they actually meet the standards, and that’s before the head dumb fuck cuts their budget by 99%...

Brock was the worst QB in the league last year (or Goff if he threw enough passes). You don’t even need to make “what if we can make them play like 2014" again projections for Kaep and Cutler. Even in bad seasons for terrible teams they were better than Osweiler playing with a good team.

I don’t know if this varies from state to state (or maybe city to city) but where I live it’s the law that bikes have a right to use the road and they’re actually prohibited from being on the sidewalk.

I’m sure you’ll say a lot of stupid things until you’re blue in the face. Cyclists have as much of a right to the road as anyone else. If you can’t be trusted to remain aware of what is on the road with you then you shouldn’t be behind the wheel of a car.

Good write-up. But I don’t believe you. I know I’m just mechanically inclined enough to get all of this taken apart before I break something that needs to be ordered from Italy... that will arrive in 4-6 weeks... and cost $800.
