Nice channel! You've been at it for a long time. I've had a channel before, but started a new one and it's picking up steam gradually. Check me out when you get a chance. The video below is the first to have gameplay recorded with the El Gato setup. Before I had a cheap Chinese EasyCap.

What??!?!?! A fan made sequel to a niche game has appeared on Kickstarter? And it's fueled by wishful thinking and the wallets of fools?!?! Surely you're jesting me!!

Sony already made a game like that. Strangely enough, they actually collaborated with Sega on it, the only game collaboration between them that I've ever heard of.

Damn. Blows my mind that they're going pure HDMI input. Maybe it's just going to be sold alongside the old model?

Good point! Now that I think about it, no one is going to tell the difference between 1080p and 720p on YouTube. Plus, my channel only looks at retro games anyways. Also, the old one didn't do PS3 through HDMI either. They included an "adapter" for PS3, but really it was just a shortcut to get component video without

Noooooo! I had just bought an El Gato unit two or three months ago!

One thing to keep in mind, which I wish had been posted in this article, their price right now is the same "discounted" pre-order price charged on KS. So in other words, it might be more expensive later. They did have an early bird special that was 5 pounds cheaper but trust me, I went to their KS page the first day

Damn. I wanted to back this on KS but didn't since I had just been burned by other delayed projects on that site. Now this this project is ready but the other book I backed isn't here yet.

Bah! Don't listen to them! I felt it was an excellent film, I saw it in theaters and I even bought it. I honestly don't understand the hate given to this movie. It was very creepy, it takes full advantage of the Chernobyl premise and it had some of the best scares I've seen in recent horror films.

I can always tell a journalist is from the UK when they give props to the ZX Spectrum or "Speccy" was they call it.

I was VERY interested in Jason's summer of JRPGs because of the whole book-of-the-month style but I knew I wouldn't have the patience for so many JRPGs. Can you do another? Maybe for retro games? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!

I actually don't mind the "smoothed" PS3 looks. I actually prefer it.

no one and I mean NO ONE has gotten rich from this effort or is even better off then when we started

Hey! I like the Opel Kadett/Pontiac LeMans! ... granted, I've never driven one. But I challenge you to squint and tell me you don't see an Alfa Romero Alfasud!

Short answer: NO!

... or, if you're a retro-gamer, just follow my web series!

Couldn't agree more. The fuel system is confusing too. I'm considering dropping the $20 necessary to unlock the whole campaign, because that's all I want out of this game but will I still have to pay for fuel, or does that "buy" the campaign?

Not too surprising. I remember Krohn Racing wrecked their 458 last year in practice and just brought in a replacement for the race... then wrecked that one too during the race.

Nice! Giant mech vs. giant mech punching. Love it.
