I have used Uber over a 100 times, in all major cities in CA, and have yet to ever experience any problems.

At least 100% of my uber experiences involve me requesting a pickup, the car arriving within the estimated time, the driver pleasantly and safely taking me to my destination, me paying exactly what I thought I would, and then I carry on with my day. It’s so awful, that I haven’t taken a regular cab since.

Not Uber, but a taxi and I guess still relevant. In Chicago my cabbie seemed a bit off, endlessly talking about how “you can’t be married if you are a taxi driver”. He proceeded to tell me how his wife left him, and that he had severe schizophrenia. Then goes on to say that as long as he kept his meds up, his symptoms

I use uber for work a dozen times per week, not once have i had a bad ride, I once waited 10 minutes.. But traffic was bad that day.

All of this is really fucking stupid. Like why does anyone even know this guy is posting shit on Twitter, let alone why is there an article written about it on Gizmodo? All-around failure.

Speaking of clickbait, I haven't seen an Alissa article in a while.

dude, its a five year old device. In a device category that has a two year cycle. any other company would have cut support years ago.

If we want to stick with a 3rd grade reading level, we can say, “Look at this enormous gator”.

Gizmodo: We write sophisticated headlines

That is the one point this article and the gov’ment didn’t cover, this is an unfunded mandate. In other words, passing a law doesn’t suddenly make the money appear. Of course companies are going to protect their profit margins and this doesn’t mean the can start miraculously paying a $45k for the 60 hours they were

So young go-getters trying to get ahead by coming in early/ staying late to get more done will be stopped from doing so as companies will now manage even closer the work of lower level employees.

I am shocked you are shocked. Communists live and die by propaganda so everything I read above is a great counter to the messaging inherent to anything done by the ‘fellow travelers’ in Hollywood and the papers of the time. This is 1947 where murderous Uncle Joe is in power, Mao is taking over China and we are

You have inadvertently done a great service here. I hope the Gizmodo audience (at least the American part of it) reads the words she actually wrote here, and not your vicious smears and distortions.

Rands’ advice above is both accurate and prophetic. Every tactic she exposes became more widespread the further left

Those aren’t bulldozers, they are front-end loaders. This is a bulldozer.

It’s a lot of over blown bullshit. This could have been reported without the scare tactics and instead just the facts. A former coworker of mine works out there (actually think he does some of the tank transfers via a control center, though have no idea if he’s worked specifically on this tank. Either way, he’s

BTW, I do not understand people in grocery aisles with carts. I manage to park mine on the side when I’m grabbing something so others can get by. And if it was in the middle of the aisle, I’d keep an eye on it and move it if it was blocking someone. But 99% of the twats in my grocery store seem absolutely oblivious to

Declaring something a war crime against ISIS is a bit like trying to spray paint water...whats the point?

Well I, for one, nominate ISIS as the least likable people of 2016.

I mean, they aren’t really human. Humans don’t do this sort of thing.
