You are clearly R. Kelly.

I saw this yesterday in a theater full of black MBA’s who bought out the theater for the occasion and was overcome. Since I was a child I’ve wanted this movie to be made. I’ve followed Black Panther as a character since I discovered him in grade school and have identified and loved every piece of associated work.

Your response here is evidence in support of her original thesis that wypipo are fragile.

What a world indeed. When my husband and I needed a business loan I was actually afraid to go with. I thought that I would ruin our chances. At the time I made 4x what he was making with a doctorate degree, but still afraid that my race would work against us. Reading stories like these reminds me that my anxieties are

Wow, she’s amazing! I hate to admit that I wasn’t aware of the breadth of Ruth’s work until reading this article. She truly is iconic and the love that she pours into her work shows.

Why “required viewing?” Genuinely curious.
Don’t get me wrong, I did enjoy it, but the sociocultural narrative wasn’t anything I hadn’t seen in other permutations before, especially with sci-fi and fantasy. The horror aspect was tame at best. And in terms of the rest of the package, just about any b-horror body

How long has this been going on...this thang?

“Keep Tryin’” which was another single off of that album is another great song.

You’re still missing the point.

This song is the quintessential 90s jam... the one song we NEVER got tired of... It STILL BANGS.

“Tell Me” was one of those songs that served as the soundtrack for a pivotal part of my childhood. This song (along with Mary J. Wow...you made that too easy. You assholes are terrible at hide and seek. Oh... and go fuck yourself, k thanks!

This is about a teenage girl’s rape and murder. It really isn’t necessary to make it into some bullshit “black on black” issue.

I got enough dad issues. No need to pick the scabs.

My big question is why he didn’t name any women as innovators of the past or present. Like really, Bruno Mars is doing great work?

I just watched that scene all emotional af wondering why I’d never seen it before, until Will started his ugly cry. Then I realized I *had* seen it before. Guess I blocked it out? Damn that was heart wrenching to watch again...

1. Diddy I don’t know

Can y’all stop posting this adorable kid? It’s really putting a rift between me and my girls relationship. She wants one and this is just more ammo.

Thank you for telling your story. I don’t know what can be done about this horribleness, but sharing your story is always good. Maybe all we can do is talk about it, I don’t know. My heart started pounding as soon as I saw the title and hasn’t stopped yet. I typed the below all on instinct.

This same shit happened to
