So I worked for an MSP, and the owner of a company we were trying to re-up has some personal computer problems, and the owner of my own company told me I had to fix them. Whatever, it’s only that one person and my bosses boss is telling me to do it. Then over the course of a month or so (before the re-signing of the

As far as I’m concerned, as long as I left on good terms, I don’t mind a phone call or email to explain something fairly short. If they need me to remote in or physically work on something myself, that’s something I should be payed for.

I told them sorry, my last day is today, I don’t work here anymore after that. He looked me straight in the eyes and said that since I don’t start my new job until Monday I technically still work there.

I was once told by the office manager that I had to unbox and assemble the new office chairs. I asked why they couldn’t get some interns to do that, because that wasn’t my job, and they replied with, “But they’re computer chairs.”

Did work for a small company (25 people) where the CEO was the source of 90% of the tickets. She had an assistant and I’m pretty sure their only job was to bug IT about when we’d fix her numerous issues. The CEO had about 6 computers and like 4 iPads/iPhones that we somehow supported even thought they were spread out

If they no longer exist, they can’t really enforce that non-compete...

Any IT job where you end up having to do work at executive’s houses is a red flag for me. It’s one thing to help them out remotely, that’s to be expected, but it’s different when you have to physically go to their home (which is probably absurdly better than yours) and they make you feel like “the help”.

The DLC for the past year or so has been terrible, and is basically micro-transactions already. Sure, it’s not priced very high, until you look at what each DLC contains, and then you realize that it’s hardly anything. They’ve also done some other sketchy promotions like trying to get people to follow the voice over

Not only is he playing himself, but all of the weird ramblings sound like they reasonably could have been ad libbed. Like how he goes on about drying his only underwear on his radiator, and catching geese.

Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot. Patty Spivot.

I’m glad, Mad Max should continue being a sort of anthology series, that could take place in any order (almost), with Max being less of a main character and more of a person who gets caught up in someone else’s story, and that person’s story should end with that movie.

Yes, all of the women’s costumes are super slutty, but most of them at least look like some effort went into making/designing them. All of the male outfits are onesies that are shittily screen printed to have some superhero character on them.

I know what it is when you’ve degloved your hand, I can’t even begin to imagine what the fuck it is when you deglove your face. I think I’d prefer not to know.

It’s an 11% increase, but honestly I think the value of Netflix that most people get out of it is much more than that. Think of all the costs of movie rentals and tv show rental/purchases or the cost of cable.

I have no idea how good this will end up being, but I commend them for throwing out the formula and trying something totally different (*glares toward Assassin’s Creed*)

For a second I was thinking about avoiding spoilers, and then I remembered that I already read the book...

There seems to be a lot of comments about the 6P not lying flat on a surface, and yes, it will be slightly tilted up. However, it looks like the 5X has a raised camera as well, except it’s only in the center, which not only makes it not lay flat, but will make it unstable and rock left and right when on a flat

I’m an IT guy, and kept needing larger flash drives for all my installers and utilities. I got one of these, and holy crap is it fast. It’s literally the fastest flash drive I’ve ever heard of, much less owned. It sure does get hot after some use though.

Hollick was paid $100,000 for roughly 15 months of work.

I recently got a LAN party together and we played this. You can have quite a few people, but there are only exciting roles for about 4-5 people, and the other roles can be secondary roles for those 4-5 people. It was fun. We had no idea what we were doing, and we vowed not to look anything up as far as guides or
