Yes, I did actually enjoy Crysis 1 a lot. I was the type to stealthily go into a town/enemy base, setup explosions and tear the whole thing down. I would not leave a structure standing by the time I left, but that's not because the story was so great, but because of the destruction, physics and graphics that the

I too was drawn to it by the depth and level of customization, but was then deterred by how much it sucks to be a loner. Someday I'll just search for a clan/guild/whatever and join up and it'll be awesome, but right now I don't have the time to invest in a group like that.

At this point does anyone see Crysis as anything other than a graphical and physics playground?

To be fair, a lot of good ones got edged out because they don't have the massive device coverage of CM. Ones like AOKP, Gummy, Liberty, etc...

Despite the bugs, horrible story and dodgy graphics engine, I had a blast playing coop. It's amazing how satisfying it is to cut a zombies arms off and then smash his head in.

I'm still trying to figure out how they are going to maintain stealth elements in an open field...

Ok, wait. Cooperative or Multiplayer? Because when I hear Coop, I think like Coop Campaign, but then you thrown Multiplayer in there and it makes me think of Far Cry 2's abysmal multiplayer death match crap.

While I was never a fan of any WWE (or wrestling games at all), I am sad to see them go. I'm a big fan of other THQ games and I used to drive past their building on my way to work for several years and now that I'm across the country I guess they lost their lucky charm.

Well, I like that's it's a one time payment, even though it's pricey. But that works out to about $15 per DLC (I'm assuming most people got Karkand for free for buying BF3 when it came out), and that's around the DLC prices for CoD. I definitely pan on getting all of the DLC's (I'm a competitive BF3 player), so I

Not sure if they kept it in the new ones, but I always liked how when it asked your name, if you just let it sit and didn't put a name in, it would make one up for you that is funny.

I fence, and it's not that difficult to parry or deflect an attack, but that's mainly because the sword is longer than your arm, and small motions of the wrist become large motions of the sword, making it faster. I can see why people would think it's easy to defend against a knife from what they see in movies, but

Oh Gizmodo, you know just how to pander to us.

At a certain point I pretty much stopped believing it was a bad movie (or at least as bad as you say) because you stopped reviewing it and just kept giving us crazy metaphors for how much you HATE THIS MOVIE, and that caused me to think you just had some kind of grudge against it. I started rooting for the movie to

As I've grown older, and started wearing "big boy" clothing, I've noticed that just about everything involves a lot of overlapping around the waist. First the underwear goes on, then the shirt (and/or undershirt) overlaps those from above, then the pants overlap that from below, and then the jacket overlaps those from

You can't really include Dark of the Moon on this list, not because it wasn't horrible, but because the first two were horrible too, so it's not a threequel issue, it's a series issue.

It's Freddie W, and they work in the same building, help each other with scripts, effects and acting, and often share crew, so they are nearly the same people, and they're pretty equal in quality/skill in my opinion.

Oh no, I thought it was funny, and think they do look very similar. The reason I'm responding so far after the conversation on this topic has ended is because I finally dug up a picture of David Brin with our robotics team from about a month ago in San Diego.

Human's don't do 3-point landings, but bad-asses do.

While I do applaud your consistency on the site, and your link does provide humor, however, an actual search done on our own will find that only 4 of the results are that picture (trust me, I checked them all, and it's only 4)

Oh man, I really like it, but I think I like my Iron Man one a little better. Sorry.
