Yeah, my kid’s school ended the mask mandate and we’ve just been getting rolling colds for 1.5 months now.

I’m in the same camp. Wearing a mask everywhere has kept me cold and flu free for 2 years now. Kinda amazing how that works. Now when I take sick days from work it’s to go enjoy nice day or work on the house.

It’s fucked up that they did this midflight, with people that only felt comfortable flying because everyone was going to wear masks and that ended midflight in a space they didn’t have the option of leaving (like a restaurant or store). I was on a flight on Sunday with a child and we wouldn’t have flown without…

I have a hard time feeling bad on the gas prices issue for a society that has spent decades arranging life to live as far away from things as possible and to drive the biggest things to get there and to do it all in a way that depends on forms of energy that we know are eventually going to just run out.

I miss when you could just take off a speaker grill to replace your speakers. Now you have to take off the whole damn door panel and deal with all the auto locks, window switches, mirror controls etc.

Tires is/are obviously the #1 choice.
