Its not nescessary or anything like that to solely rely on ads or celebrities for the game awards to function properly. Its a choice they make to look bigger and on par with movies famous academy ”pay-to-win” awards. And cutting devs off is just another way for the industry to show their disdain and lack of respect…

This is just, like, your opinion man. I read it differently; not enough women are being represented in games media outlets and thats what folks see and thats what matters. 

My only gripe is that mario wonders is even nominated when its the same formulaic nintendo thing one more time and there have been a ton of inventive games this years. But I always voted for Sonic as a kid so Im biased.
