Just started playing, and wanted to share a tip of my own. Your list of dwellers is organized alphabetically, by first name. If you change the names for all the people in a certain area to begin with the same first letter then they get grouped together. Makes managing/moving dwellers a lot easier.

I am one of the people that immediately get excited about any possible shred of Fallout news. It’s sad, I always know it’s not real and can’t help but think it might be.

It's not really a myth. Lots or people have mortgages over $250,000 and/or itemize on their taxes (like myself, a freelancer). The tax savings are substantial—for the mortgage interest, insurance, and, in my area in particular, real estate taxes.
