I doubt it will have fake 4G. That'd be a step backward from the iPad 3.

Yeah, but now that I think about it, we don't need that much of a bezel to hold the full size iPad securely. My big thumbs only take up half an inch. My thumb doesn't lay flat, but sideways on the bezel.
That's why I suggested the thumb/finger possibility. Apple wouldn't do it if it made the iPad prone to dropping. You could also consider the fact that your thumb would be stationary on the screen, while a point index finger uses a quick tap. That'd be another way to differentiate between holding the iPad, and…
They could make it so that the touch sensors don't extend all the way to the left and right edges. Or perhaps they could differentiate between a thumb on the screen, which is used for holding the iPad, and the pointing index fingers. While thumbs and index fingers come in different sizes, the shapes are generally…
I don't know if Apple really cares about unit sales compared to other manufacturers, because evidently the others are selling cheap. In terms of profit, Apple makes about 73% of total mobile phone profits.
Its more like apparel in that a designer produces the designs, but, for example, an overseas manufacturer would fabricate the garments. The designs are the designer's, not the manufacturer's. There's this misconception that Apple can't have hardware patents, because the components are manufactured and assembled by…
I hope this is actually true. It'll push Apple to up its game for the next iPad. The battery life sounds plausible since the Surface rt has a lower resolution display than the iPad.
Their argument isn't about rectangles per se. But when you look at how the "rectangles" have changed post-iPhone, the proportions make them look more iPhone-esque. There were plenty of phones, and pdas before the iPhone that were rectangles. Those are shown in the graphic comparing the changes. They were rectangles…
Your point? How else can you compare the physical design without putting them next to each other?
Well Samsung's not infringing by being a rectangular touch screen phone. Apple's argument never mentions rectangles. Samsung should create something that consumers don't even know they want yet. Something that really gives Apple a run their money. That's what breeds competition.
Don't all browsers have private browsing now? I can't speak for the obscure ones, but I know IE, Safari, and Firefox do.
Apple does own proprietary, fabless component designs.
Haha you're totally right. It's the Millenials' version of the OJ trial.
Why does Samsung have to use fun and bouncy? Can't they use something else like sexy and wild, for example.
or...
I didn't know that...very enlightening. So Apple has a right to take them back, but they don't.
When have they?
Because the carriers would be more pissed at Apple than usual if they didn't. Tethering is an income source for carriers. I think its BS since data is data.
I think this app is for those who don't have the Personal Hotspot service. I had to add it on to my plan.
