You answered your own question. Michael was missing exactly that by not being around them, and that made him a worse person. Being separated from each other made them all substantially worse. It's a surprisingly traditional message out of a show so irreverent.

Michael being a buffoon made sense though. The entire theme of the season was that without each other, they were even worse off than together. The entire family sunk to new depths when they isolated themselves, and that point is made repeatedly throughout the season. Even the ending credits song, Boomerang, has lyrics…

Sad!

But that's a really astute and edgy observation you got going there, man. You're woke as hell and you finally see they're all the same!

Yes really. It's incredibly phony. Your comparison is basically that upper class people tend to act similarly, which isn't shocking. Ideology is what actually matters and they couldn't be further apart.

Equating the Republicans (especially Trump) with the Democrats, is just phony intellectualism. It's a lazy opinion that can be refuted incredibly easily. The original turd versus douche analogy was inaccurate, and this year's is even more so.

The first half of season three had a clear goal, but the execution was like a never ending dream at times.

Her health failing in the election still results in President Kaine's groovy harmonica fueled inauguration. Doesn't matter who's on the Democrat or Republican tickets, really, as polarization in the electorate will take care of the rest.

She's thirteen so I don't know about the legality of this transaction.

Nah, I'd do the exact same thing in her position (if that is, indeed, her position). Win, be the first woman president, die, and leave us in the fine, harmonica groovin' hands of Tim. Sounds fine to me, to be honest.

Because most people who say that are doing it to imply they're equally bad.

Nice! I want to meet that mom.

If she's seriously sick, we get Kaine. Heavens no! I'm votin' Trump now!

Look, we'll measure how racist we are compared to you guys in November. I'm betting we're slightly less, and Trump loses. If he wins though, I'll give you the "less racist country" prize.

We did fight for single payer. Turns out Republicans and conservative Democrats exist too though.

You're right because the consequences for her failure would be immense.

It is an acquired taste.

Yeah, okay, I agree with one of your posts.

"I never vote! Voting doesn't matter!" says a bunch of Floridians in 2000.
