You say they come up here to die, but I hate to tell you, I’m not sure they ever made it up here in the first place.

To follow on this idea, violent video games/ games showing gun violence, are not restricted to the U.S.. Yet we seem to have an awful lot more gun violence/mass shootings than any other country in the world.
