You might be too young to remember, but Apple pulled something very similar with the first Imac (G3) way before they removed the CD from the Air. They released the G3 Imac without a floppy drive and with only a CD-ROM. At the time that was unheard of since floppies were how people transferred files. This killed the

You could angle it down, but I agree, a typical straight six would be too tall and the cowl hood would be fugly. But if you can fit a straight six, how about a v12!

I’m surprised someone hasn’t attached a laser pointer to a quadcopter and done the same. Be much harder to track the culprit.

What are you talking about. People loved the fried egg headlamps when they came out. The problem was that the 911 had the same look as the lowly Boxster and after a while people started hating the family resemblance to the lower class car.

Much harder to make 789 hp in a normally aspirated engine like in the 812. With the 488, all they need to do is turn up the turbo boost and make sure it’ll live using regular pump gas. Supercharged mustangs can easily make 1000+ hp so 700~800 isn’t too far fetched from a turbo’d Ferrari.

Now can Apple bring back the 17" Macbook Pro!

Now playing

If you look at the aftermarket, there are plenty of options to give your GT500 more power. Just check out Lethal’s Snow White GT500, 1200+HP

A Jeep article not written by David Tracy?!?! OMG What is going on?!!

You never ever ever want to jump off a lift. Fine for you but you end up screwing everyone else on the lift as they get ejected off their chairs.

You CAN get the picture at the passport office. I recently had to get passports for my kids last year, and I easily booked an appt at the post office a couple of days out (and on a Saturday), where they took pictures, took my money and in 2 weeks I had my passports mailed to me. It can’t get easier than that!

Extra props for going wider than the typical 60 degree bank angle and having the exhaust in the center V like the old Ferrari V12 F1 engines.

I’m pretty sure the designer of that car is Ben Bowlby. Zach may be the only engineer left on that project, but the true designer and guy behing the whole FWD idea is Ben (of former Deltawing / Lola fame)

That would be the Aston Martin high offset frontal crash test to satisfy the NHTSA. I give it 1.5 stars.

Normally aspirated 911 w/ 3 pedals and no sunroof. The newer the better and in silver. GT3, GTS or S. 991 preferably, but would look at a 997 if it was well taken care of.

I can see someone going for this on their mini ...

Netflix definitely enforces it...you can’t stream more than 2 unless you pay up, and then its 4 max. I think the 30k streams was for Charter. But I see that as their problem, they should deploy code that only allows for limited amount of streams per login. 10 streams should be sufficient per password...I can’t imagine

So I just had my Iphone 6 replaced by a refurbished unit because of damage that the Apple store did to my phone. Technically it should have a pretty fresh battery in it. Does the throttling account for the actual age of the phone / battery and not the generation of the phone...i.e. a brand new Iphone 6 vs a very used

Maybe a CMM from the 70's...but most modern CMM’s can easily measure down to the microns repeatably.

Problem is vehicle CO2 emissions are controlled everywhere outside the US. The only easy way around it is to downsize the engine and turbo it so you can play games with the drive cycle by mapping the engine to not go into boost and keep the CO2 low during the drive cycle. That’s why all European manufacturers have

Cellphones have barometers? For what purpose and does the Iphone have one?
