I, too, find the design more compelling than most — especially in AMG trim. And especially in person, when it has more presence.

Says a guy who hasn't driven it. The F-Type R is only 100 pounds lighter than the SL in some guises. The BMW M6 is also heavier. It's class-competitive. But evidence clearly doesn't interest you, so, bye Felicia.
It uses a version of the Camry's platform.
Except, of course, electric supercars are actually fun to drive.
How anecdotal. It depends where you live how frequently you see a particular model.
This is a stunner. So many tasteless people here.
The 2016 Aston Martin DB11 will be very, very close to this DB10 — per Autocar and Car Magazine reports.
And Ferrari and Lamborghini clients the world over are leasers too?
Re BMW doing too much in China, Carscoops reported on a consumer study that found out interesting things about people who buy premium cars in China.
I wouldn't describe this as a "luxury liner muscle car." The F-Type R is far more of a muscle car. Credible reviews from various countries in the West have described it as a serious, precise car with exemplary handling.
Or they don't view it as a fault. AMG and its execs are the first to admit that their clients don't care for manuals for the most part.
A real stunner. It's quite futuristic for an Aston. And the fact that it's bespoke for the film will make "Spectre" and the DB10 more intriguing. It's a great chance to show a modern side of Aston in advance of their big product offensive starting with the DB11's debut in 2016.
Autocar reports the DB11 will look most similar to this DB10 out of Aston's future range. It should arrive in 2016.
They didn't use the same car in the past two films. "Skyfall" featured a vintage Aston DB5. "Quantum of Solace" very briefly featured a then-contemporary DBS.
You got a few things wrong. Not only is this vehicle based on the old VH architecture, but the next generation of Astons will *not* use the AMG GT's platform. Aston is developing a new aluminum platform internally that will first be seen on the DB11.
Wrong. Lexus sales are behind Mercedes and BMW in the US, but ahead of Audi.
IS, GS, LS are all RWD.
And the RX and NX are natively FWD.
This SL isn't a sports car. It's evolved into a grand tourer. Specifically, it's a luxury performance roadster. But nice try.
If these SLs accrue in value, then their prices will literally be more than worth it for the buyers.
