First, you should know that Travis is wrong. This vehicle will not be $1 million. It will be £10 - 15,000 more expensive than the standard S600, according to Britain's Autocar. You know, a car magazine with actual reporters and sources.

Looks very SEMA aftermarket. Which will certainly appeal to the target demo.
Hilarious. :-/
Mercedes-Maybach and Mercedes-AMG are two different subbrands, like BMW M and i. I wouldn't expect overlap between the two.
Travis, you're wrong. This will not be a million dollars. Autocar reports it will be £10,000-£15,000 more expensive than the standard S600. It will by far be cheaper than the Bentley Flying Spur and RR Ghost.
Won't be $1 million. The six door, six seat, armored Pullman limo coming next year will be a million.
No it hasn't.

"Over the past decade and a half, Audi has consistently turned out some of the best-looking luxury cars in the entire industry."
The ASCC was a completely different project than the forthcoming 2016 NSX. Yes, it would have worn the NSX badge as a production model, but it was canceled because the global economic crisis happened and the business model for the vehicle collapsed. It was unjustifiable. Are you going to blame Honda for being panicked…
Better part of a decade? Seriously? It was unveiled at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show. The production model is in final testing and will be at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show — otherwise known as three months from now. That's only three years from concept to production model. That is an ordinary amount of time in which to…
I don't think we need to be so guarded. Yes, there clearly *will* be a Cayman GT4.
I find the Juke somewhat charming because of its quirks, but the Cherokee still looks like a platypus to me. One of my favorite 'different' cars is the BMW X6. It's unique and I happen to think it looks upscale, cool, and desirable. Still, most people on this site would disagree with me.
Imagine Cherokee sales if it was actually good-looking. More Evoque, less Juke. Maybe it would crest 200,000.
This is a much larger car than the C30. It previews the five door V90 wagon, on the same platform as the XC90 and the forthcoming S90 flagship. As a result, the production model (with five doors) will be much more expensive than the C30 was.
When you look at the details, this actually looks pretty cool, and more curvaceous than current Audis. I look forward to seeing it unveiled.
Hyundai/Kia; Buick; Jaguar.
Point taken, but show a Cadillac production vehicle. Every brand can (and does) build a pretty concept.
Exactly. It's cool if Cadillac wants to build a sporting flagship, but they need to stop bringing up the S. It sounds like they want to target the XJ and 7 (and perhaps A8) more than anything.
Low prices don't make a better luxury vehicle. No one brags that their Phantom was a steal. Maserati priced the new Quattroporte above $100,000 because that's the basement of perceived exclusivity for some clients. Both the Phaeton and S-Class were refined, but the Phaeton was positively analog. The S was far more…
