The thing is there is a Geneva Convention for kids, it’s called the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. It has been ratified by every UN country except Somalia and the US. The US who were instrumental in it’s writing will not ratify it because it forbids the Death Penalty and Life imprisonment for children.

There’s a point when hate speech gets dangerous. At that point it should be illegal. Looking at Europe’s history, I think it’s a good thing that you can’t just go around display a swastika or talk about killing people because of their religion/ethnicity.
