CNN is delusional if they think that’ll ever happen. Fox viewers distrust CNN on a primal, visceral level. If there’s any movement away from Fox, it’ll be to farther-right outlets such as Newsmax, OAN, and their ilk.

For someone who’s never met Carroll, Trump sure seems to know her well.

I believe “proven sexual assailant” would be a legally correct description. Not as catchy as “convicted rapist,” perhaps, but it gets the point across plenty well.
