Challenge the credit pulls on your credit report with the 3 credit bureaus. They are required by law to investigate and get proof of the pulls. If the dealerships does not show proof of your agreement to have it pulled within 30 days, they are required by law, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, to remove them.

Same here. I drive 1000 freedom miles a day and tow boats and horses.

I too, prefer to shop for my weekly veggies at a market around the Asteroid Belt.

Nice.

So it’s not a full electric and it will clock in a bit over budget, but I wanted to offer up an A7 PHEV as an option. When my wife received a car allowance as part of a new job, we decided to get into an A7 which up until that point was more than we wanted to spend on a car. But fortunately, you can still take

I get so tired of the blackout packages on everything, but right now, it sells. On our lot we sell 3 night edition rams for every regular bighorn, and almost every custom truck, jeep, and car ordered to a customers spec has the night edition, blacktop package, or atitude package checked. I plan to defy this with my

Was going to say the same thing!    Top 1% in the US is around 600k.  Hefty to be sure, but not what you need to drop $300k on a car I would think.

This dude's posts always hinge on one of thier dumbass assupmtions. It's like thier whole worldview is a big, dumb strawman.

“Most regular people have never heard of Subaru”

In a very respectful way, this is “cachet” not “cache’ “. “Avoir du cachet” is the expression. Cache’ means hidden. “Cachet” means prestige.

He was also misquoted a charging installation price by Tesla, something he says would “cost 10 times the amount that Tesla sales reps claimed it would” to install a charger in his apartment.

Uh.... Is it also unfair to pick apart a almost 10 year old car Model S cars from Tesla now for its shoddy build quality?

Sorry. Enjoy your lifted truck and please watch out for pedestrians.

I have one of each, minivan and Miata. If the question involves a long interstate drive with people, stuff including 2 kayaks and a large dog then Miata is definitely not the answer - save that for the solo or 2 person mountain road weekend!

Everyone that knows cars - “Minivans are horrible, would never own one.”

For like $150, you can buy a GPS the size of a big watch that’s preloaded with roads and trails and has breadcrumbs AND works on your bicycle and will go like 14 hours on a charge.

Hard argument to make now that you can downloads maps to use offline.

Probably my most awaited show the whole pandemic. Cant wait for this!!

The middle of the range LE and XLE are pretty well equipped for the price. It’s amazing what comes standard on cars these days. Once you get into the upper stratosphere with the Limited and Platinum trims it’s mostly about fluff and nice-to-haves.

You can indeed spend over $50k on a Highlander. The top of the range Highlander Platinum starts at a hair under $48k with FWD and the 3.5L V6. It’s easy to add a few grand if you want to get the Hybrid, AWD, a special paint color or some accessories.
