Thanks for the pictures, thats incredible! I am a general tennis enthusiast and i love cars so that sounds like a hell of a day. Well done!

Ive never been and am unlikely to over go to Goodwood but very cool that youve done it. Seems like a cool as hell experience to see these cars in the flesh.

Holy hell is that fast! Its so fast that the video footage looks sped up. Jesus. Ive never heard of this car - what a beast.

Ah, this is a good comparison. I hadnt thought of that. I hope to see a GT one day.

Might as well go for it. This wont break GM if it fails but could be a very nice feather in its cap if it succeeds.

lol, the fucking subaru? Thats some crazy ass stuff right there.

Cool, thank you for the link! I didnt see this. Good stuff.

does the back fold flat for sleeping purposes?

Yup.. i agree. Will it be up to me to try and make it work? Probably so!

Im sure your correct. The Fed and the powers that be are in the midst of causing a recession so in a year or so there might be some folks making a firesale of assets to pay off debts and maybe there will be some price come downs then.

Jose, really good review! That green paint on the test vehicle is incredible. One note - San Bernadino is a National Forest and not a National Park. Also, glad you talked about not being an inexperienced off-roader. Most ppl arent and even ppl who go on 4x4 trails fairly often, like me, still feel like theyre learning

Drivers from this event almost killed me and my wife. We have a rental in the Norwood area and were down there checking on it. We were going out of town for a hike when several exotics with some sort of livery zoomed towards us at a zillion miles an hour passing others and heading right for us head on. I braked, they

Wow, jesus christ, that linked story. What a fucking tragedy. Sounds very much like the typical guy bullshit. I know the way insists the guy who has no idea what hes doing.

Thisis an excellent point. As someone who lives in teh desert and spends a lot of time running and hiking i pretty much only wear light full cover hoodies w/a trucker cap when out. We always pack our sun tent too. But an umbrella is an excellent thing to carry also.

very smart

Ill be camping out near Death Valley in march of ‘23 and im looking forward to it and since im car camping i will have all the freaking fluids cause even in march its dry and hot. I live in the desert myself but my desert is benign compared to that desert.

Yes, obviously he should have been had gas but my point is you never know when your car might eat it in an inhospitable place - bring food/water w/you at all times out here in the mountains or desert.

Im not sure what environment sees ppl be less prepared - the desert or the high alpine. But..yeah, what a preventable waste.

Kudo’s to the letter writer. Good for them. Id go w/teh Honda for the best out of these choices.

Fair but as someone who is a very experienced 4x4'er you know that dressing up is all the rage now. I mentioned it here a few weeks ago but out at the Kokopelli MTB trailhead out here i saw a Rivian decked out for overlanding.
