Ill just say that i had a credit score of 800 when i had no money and i have a credit score of 800+ 15 years later now that i have some money.. credit reports really dont give you that sort of picture youre imagining they do. 

Im just honestly so surprised at this. Ive gotten absolutely ratio’d for my take and it seems i am very much in the minority here.

I have a Surly (so not cheap, cheap) and i paid for it w/a CC to at least get some bonus miles out of it. Just very surprised by these “pay for expensive item w/a personal check thing”.

My mind is blown. 

I wouldnt accept a personal check on my 10 year old Sentra i sold a few years back and i sold that for 1500 bucks. If dealers are accepting personal checks for t his shit than i might be driving a new Land Cruiser tomorrow :) 

Does it? Im pretty sure when a credit score is run it does not, in fact, tell the person running the report what my assets are.

This car is truly one of the stupidest fucking things i have ever seen and so of course its popular w/my fellow americans.

I have the only option that really matters which are heated front seats otherwise my Subaru is bare bones. But I’m fine with it. I’ve never remotely had a fancy car and this I don’t know what I’m missing. :)

I dont know, maybe? This new truck will be 100% fine to tow some crap from home depot or whatever though and i am sure that is the vast, vast, vast majority of towing well off suburban bro who drives a truck to his office park on the outside of town will ever do.
