This is a guy who has used his “platform” to support a white nationalist and to amplify white nationalist distortion of Colin Kaepernick’s thoughtful and justified protest of police violence against African-Americans. He has plenty to be sorry for.

The only honest argument for the EC is you prefer the beliefs, values and priorities held by the minority and you want a better chance of being able to impose those on the majority. Every attempt at being “rational” in defense of the EC is just transparently anti-democratic.
