Sometimes, bad shit just happens, and even bad-guys occasionally get a lucky break.  I think it’s kind of funny and offers a cynical slice of realism.

I can’t shake the feeling that there’s got to be more than $3000 worth of value somewhere in this truck. Whether it’s productivity or parts, there’s $3000 in here somewhere.

My gut feeling is they don’t want it to pass. They railed against the ACA for so long, that have to at least make a play at rolling it back, for optics. But this Bill is Dead-in-the-Water.
