As a diabetic this was a really good episode, aside from constantly having to fuss with the needles and draw insulin it was very realistic. Being diabetic I was especially horrified at Nathan shooting it up, like holy shit is that dangerous and also would not get you high, made me laugh after gasping.

Saul Bass title credit sequences and homages to Saul Bass title credit sequences always make things better.
