That's weird I was at the Genesee Theater for a couple of shows that were also being sold through TM and bought the tickets at face value. Not even an extra dollar or anything like that.

I am in no way defending Ticketmaster, but if Crowdsurge has nothing written to imply that the information is confidential, there not be much of a case. However I have to think there is something there for illegal access. But then again if they don't have their system locked down, once again, not much of a case.
