Yes, I remember my family’s 71 Cadillac and 77 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser would routinely overheat on summer drives in TX when I was a kid. Would pull over, let them cool off, maybe add some water, and move on. We all just kinda accepted it.

When I was a kid, our across the street neighbor bought a new Sapporo in this same color. I was a Mustang kid, but I always felt guilty of how much I secretly coveted this car.

I also had a 98 SHO. It was a fun, comfortable cruiser with the V8—but that torque steer was...not great. I will agree it was not a good looking vehicle compared to the 1st 2 gens.

I put 183K miles daily driving 07 Shelby GT #507. I did eventually upgrade to a 2012 Boss, which I DD today.

I owned one of these vehicles and it was glorious. It really did get 21 mpgs or more in stop and go traffic year round, where we had been getting at closer to 13-14 around town in a 5.3 V8 Tahoe of same generation.

I distinctly remember being 10 years old first time I saw the next generation Seville (1980-1085 Bustleback) on the road and thinking it must have been a far older Seville.

1969 Boss 302 Mustang. White please.

Off topic, but I just bought a white 2012 Boss 302 with 41K miles.  Would love any tips.
