I assumed not, but...well, put it this way, the company that does the card-reader gizmos for the vending machines at work used to be named “Isis.” For some reason they decided to change all the labels a couple years ago. Can’t imagine why. 

You’d think any company in the data mining/analysis business with “Cambridge” in their name would have thought to take a good hard look at re-branding recently.

As others have alluded to — the night king is closer to a rogue AI/ “grey goo” event then he is an actual villain. He was created, given a task, and a set of tools to accomplish it. His creators fucked up either during his creation or in defining the task, and instead of “kill those dudes” it became “kill life.”…

I had a terrifying moment there where I thought Mel was building up to some awful human sacrifice shit again (Gendry is in the house), so that’s where my head was at with her. Historically Mel’s “big ideas” tend to end in dead supporting cast members. 

I’m right there with you. Any episode that makes me pause to take a breather and then shout at my TV (“HOLY FUCK ITS ARYA”) is pretty great. I know the darkness was frustrating for some, but it took all of two minutes to realize “oh they’re lighting every actual important moment, the darkness is to make the big battle…

Speaking from experience, if you’re the “wrong” height/proportion for your shirt size (by collar), getting an off-the-rack shirt altered is a fool’s errand. Yeah the sleeves will be the right length, but the body of the shirt is going to be a shitshow. Apparently there’s only so far they can take any given shirt…

Legitimately, point me to any other place I can get an off-the-rack fit for a 5'8 245lbs powerlifter’s build that doesn’t need to be custom tailored and isn’t dry-clean only, and I will add it to my “places I will shop” list. So far I’ve found these guys and maybe two other places, but the two other places’ shirts…

They do. They’re running off something like an old Dreyfuss percentile table (I’m sure each company has their own version in this century) but...basically if your measurements fall outside a certain swath of the bell curve, fuck you.
