Part of trademark law is the obligation to defend it, other considerations be damned. Whether that makes sense in the big scheme of things is a different debate, but that’s how it stands. I believe there are situations where it wouldn’t apply, but in this particular case it’s probably in Domino’s best business

“Disney isn’t in the business of making sexually explicit cakes, so my Mickey Mouse-themed erotic bakery should be unstoppable!”

    Yeah, actually, they can.

momentary joke idea outweighed by watching rest of video >.<

I misread your original comment as well but now I see that y’all are “violently agreeing” :P

It ends and starts wherever the local customs and laws say it does. The second you step off your home soil, you don’t get to bring your home-grown opinions about “self-censorship” with you. The rest of the world doesn’t care. You don’t have a “right to tourism.”

Just because you steal someone’s plans doesn’t mean you can match their production capability. I’d bet they couldn’t recreate the wing fully and had to adapt.

Was this pre or post USD conversion? ‘Cause I think this more or less checks out

Maybe nothing, but I got to wondering if there was an octane difference down under, too. I found a wiki listing that seems to indicate “premium” gas in Australia would equate to 90 octane US (using the AKI numbers to keep everything apples to apples, this is vs. our typical 91-93 rating), but I don’t know if that’s

That’s a terribly inappropriate use of fuckbutter.

Nothing too crazy, but file under General Shenanigans:

I REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE AUTHORITY OF THE WORLD OUTSIDE MY THREAD ok yeah fine

    Fucking fuckity fuckbutter.

Counterpoint: the people who consume automotive “teasers” and the people who buy RAV4s are not a huge overlap. And the ones in the middle of that venn diagram (e.g. the people who salivate over car magazines but still buy a crossover for “real life” reasons) probably aren’t waiting with baited breath, either.

    Color me titillated

Because most of the theoretical “yous” wind up buying something else.

Let’s assume that wasn’t part of my hypothetical dream world either

You know, I’d actually be fine with massive CEO paychecks and “in the chair” bonuses—if the deal was that they were the first people to get axed if the company does layoffs.
