Whoosh

I’d imagine it has to do something, but it’s not a series of tubes (I won’t call it a cage) I’d want to flip over on.

As an S2000 owner that daily drove mine through multiple Pennsylvania winters I can confirm. I now have a dedicated DD (15 Fit six speed) PS the greatest performance mod you can do to your S is replacing it with a slow as fuck car. It is soooooo fast now...when I drive it.

-Something that can handle passenger with limited mobility

Just get a Honda Element. And if you so wish, maybe swap a S2000 motor in it.

You Sir must buy an MV-1

Just wanna say that there’s a Muji right by the office and legit the stuff they have there is AWESOME. It’s nothing I ever buy, mind you, because who the hell has the need for a perfectly sculpted yet extremely reasonably priced french fry strainer, but it all looks very cool and good.

Tom has the best idea overall, but might I suggest:

I had been waiting for someone to say truck nuts. Frigging hate them. Extreme compensation

Primarily it’s that they’re super worried about the legal brawl with California (and the states that want to adhere to the California standards) that might leave the US with two different fuel efficiency / emissions standards.

Yep - better late than never. Which really should be the Tesla company motto.

If history repeats, this means the Model Y will be with us in 2027.

That’s a terrifying thought.

No. The G8 was based on the VE Commodore. The SS was based on the VF Commodore. Primary differences are electrical and the switch to more aluminum components.

This autonomous stuff is garbage but cruise control is wonderful! I get better mpg and no chance of accidentally speeding and getting a ticket. I know a lot of people that don’t feel comfortable using it, they claim lack of control but one tap on the brake pedal and it shuts off.

Being able to socially game institutions like government and corporations to reach a high salary has nothing to do with intelligence, common sense, technical ability, merit, or much of anything but understanding how to climb socially within an institutional structure.

With global platforms, Ford will still have the small cars available when the inevitable happens. They won’t be selling them here, but they will have the ability to (federalize them and) bring them here should the demand pick up due to rising fuel prices.

This strikes me as a choice that Ford may find regrettable when gas prices climb back up. But I’d assume that Ford has put much more thought into this decision than I have.

Never let Mustang owners drive your supercar.
